Crackling (poping) sound on most channels

New problem with my 722K.
There is a poping or crackling sound in audio on most channels (193 is one without the problem). A reboot will fix the problem for for a few days 3-7, then it returns. Anybody else experienced this? Anyone know the cause? I have two 722K's and only one does this. It even shows up in recording and also continues if you pause the program.

What connection are you getting it on? Have you tried with different audio feed to see if it's only on one type of connection?

I am using the HDMI output. And, yes, it is present on the RF modulated output and the A/V outputs.
