CHarper1 --Yes I am in the lower right hand corner of the Orange area

Roashru -- Thankx for the links. Question are the channels listed there all HD for both SD and HD?

I am guessing since I am only picking up one HD channel at 40mil that I need a better antenna.

Beowulf005, Local digital TV stations use the 4 main formats 480I, 480P, 720P, and 1080I. According to http://www.2150.com/broadcast/default.asp you only have (1) VHF channel in your area channel 8 New Haven the rest are all UHF depends on how much you want to pursue this. A large UHF or UHF/VHF combo antenna might be needed with a rotator.

You can access coverage maps individually through the FCC or go to http://www.radiostationworld.com and select your state and the market. Each station has a link to FCC info and the coverage map is one of the selections. You'll get better results if you select the analog station information from the market page as it will show both analog and digital information.

Found Them!

I was on the FCC website looking up something else and have found the coverage maps for all of the digital TV stations in the United States.

Goto http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/audio/tvq.html
Select the State and select the Service "Digital Television (DT)"
At the bottom of the page click the Submit Data button
A list of digital TV stations will appear
Click on the blue highlighted call sign you want to see
A list of stations for that call sign will appear
Look for "Service Designation: DT Digital television station"
Look for "Area:" Click on the "Service Contour Map" link.
