I found an old (2008) thread, but the site wouldn't let me post to it since it is too old.
Is there any way to get some sort of discount by combining a Sirius account with an XM account? My wife's car has an XM radio with a subscription paid up until June 2010. My own vehicle has a Sirius radio which has been operating on a free trial subscription which expires at the end of this month.
The two sides of the company seem to operate virtually independantly, at least from a billing perspective, so I'm not hopeful.
I don't think I'm willing to pay $13/month for the second radio, and I don't want to have to buy a new receiver in order to get one of the "a la carte" plans, which would actually work well since I listen to very few stations.
Any advice would help.
CDH.
