CNN HD Searching For Signal

Replaced a customer's KaKu dish today LNBF was not picking up the 103. New KaKu installed signal is strong on all satellites. All HD channels are coming in except for CNN HD on all 4 receivers (3 H20's & 1 H21) when you tune to CNN HD you are presented with the searching for signal message.

Any insight or help would be appreciated

What kind of signals are you getting on 103c?

Only reason one channel would be out like that is if a single transponder is weak or possibly an authorization issue?
