Charter HSD troubles in Georgia

Is anyone else that has charter for their HSD having problems with it in the north Georgia region such as lagging and time outs? This has been going on with my HSD service for the last 2 weeks and talking with one of the service techs from the local contractor they have been dealing with this problem and charter cant figure out where its at.

Well yesterday the entire charter network was down in the town of Athens and surrounding towns from 5am until 8pm, talk about a pain in the back side.
