Who cares when the next Charlie Chat will occur?

I've learned from experience that they are virtually worthless to watch.

I'd rather see them spend that time down in the bowels of the customer support cave answering phone calls from subs so they can hear firsthand what problems exist in the field and what customers think of the company's direction.

I'm positive that when the SatGuys giveaway was first posted, it said the drawing would occur during the Chat chat, winners need not be present.

Did I imagine that? Or, is it like in 1984 where we were ALWAYS at war with Eurasia. Eastasia was ALWAYS our ally.
