Oh yes it looks like we who got the 922"flagship"receiver will get hosed again. It is the 921 all over again. So now if you want the integrated google experience with the receiver you will have to upgrade to the 923 non existent dvr. What a crock of sh*t ! I should of stayed with the 722k and saved myself a lot of money and heartache. The 922 has been a troublesome receiver that sometimes will sling and most of the time will not. The playon application is the same problems with sometimes working and more than not it won't. So IF you want google with the 922 you will have to buy a separate box and then of course that will cost you a new monthly GOOGLE fee . I am totally disgusted with DISH right now.

I feel your PAIN. I am pissed my self after paying an upgrade just to lease it and an extra $3 dollars just to find out a new 923 is coming out.

What did you base your decision to buy this on ? How many of these issues existed during beta testing or still after it was publicly released ? If someone bought a 922 on the assumption things will be fixed or improved later... Well, nevermind...

That's what was funny. It had no end. Charlie got clipped off in the middle of speaking by a concert replay on 101.

Jim DeFranco is out of touch if he thinks the average Dish customer can pay their bill with 20 minutes of their paychecks each month. If your Dish bill was $100 a month, you would have to be making $48,000 a month for 20 minutes of your labor to pay your $100 monthly bill. That is $576,000 per year which is what Jim DeFranco probably makes at Dish. Charlie will not be able to sleep tonight after he told all of us to send in our paychecks for our bill each month. This program will probably be taped next time. For a canned planned program it does not have to be live. Back in the old days a live program worked cause they would actually take questions from their real customers.

The chumpy chat was ridiculous as usual, the first half was a FF>> all the way, then they get down to business, the Freudian slip about the pay check, Funny.
The excuse about him not getting paid for doing the commercial when he is one of the richest people in the country, Very Funny.
Then the end being cut off, it was amateur hour all the way as usual, Too Funny!
These 2 should do a buddy comedy together, they can call it "chumpy chats" and sell it on PPV. How to run a company into the ground with out even trying.
I always watch to get a good laugh! They completely ignored any relevant info like plans for 61.5 other then "knock on wood" we had a launch.

The whole thing was truely priceless!
