Charlie Chat Tonight

Hope for more details about the new HD channels for Puerto Rico that are supposed to be available beginning this month.

Although it has been rumored that the chat will continue in SD, it would be a nice surprise to watch it in HD in 101-HD.

actually it wouldn't..its just a complet waste of time anyway

I think they should just devote another TP to game-only RSNs for now. Once E14 and Quetzsat-1 are launched, move RSNs to spotbeam. Give everyone their own full time RSNs without wasting 4 transponders or more. Yeah, they lose League Pass and Center Ice, but sports subs are already with DirecTV. 90% of potential subs probably only care about the home team.

I wish they'd announce they're getting on board with TCM when it launches in HD this month.

Actually Dish has usually been pretty good about carrying the Turner HD channels when they lauch. They carried TNT-HD on launch day. They Carried TBS-HD only a few weeks after it launched (story to that one), and the rest came around in short order.

Tuner Networks does not have a very good history of presenting HD material on their HD channels. TNT was really bad at first with HD shows being shown stretched and in SD, but called "HD". Same with TBS and Cartoon Network. CNN I think was done just fine.

I fear that TCM would get the "streched" treatment for months if not year to come.

It would be nice if the Wichita,KS locals, went HD. Thinking about switching to DTV to watch them in HD.

It would be nice if he said something about the TurboHD packages ... and their lack of what they claim to have the most of ... HD ...

Forcing record to tuner 2 in dual mode

How can I tell if I will have line of sight
