can't create OTA recording when out of home using DA

This is what I get when I try recording OTA on my phone on my Home LAN:

If I select a satellite channel then there’s no problem creating the timer.

Exactly what I got. Wonder why this has been going on for so long? I would think lots of folks have locals and would have discovered this and reported it.

Maybe there is some reason why. There may be some legal technicalities involved.
