Can't access recordings from EHD

Just recently I have not been able to access anything from my EHD. I can send recordings to the EHD, but cannot watch them. When I go to Manage Device, there are no recordings showing up. If I leave it on that screen too long my receiver resets. I have a 500gb WD connected to my vip722.

Call Tech Support and ask them to send an authorization hit to see if that might help. Really sounds kinda strange.
