When I try to access DVR recordings in Dish Anywhere, I get this message:
"your receiver is offline. Please reconnect your Hopper to the internet to play content."
The problem here is the DVR is connected to the internet. I confirmed this by checking in settings.
Then, I logged into my Dish account to check on my equipment. It stated that my Hopper 3 was NOT connected to the internet.
At that point, i called Dish, They said that my Hopper 3 was NOT connected to the internet on their side.
Everything else in Dish Anywhere is working fine.
Dish has not been able to solve this. Has anyone else had this problem?
My internet provider is Spectrum.
