I just spent 30 minutes + being shuffled around from operator to operator trying to cancel the auto renew on my service. At one point I was even told that this is a "feature" of SiriusXM and I cannot cancel it.
FWIW I never wanted auto renew and only became aware that I had it when I checked my account online.
Anyway while there is nothing that will help me out here does anyone have any tips that may save others from this frustration?
