can you still get local channels a la carte

i have both atl and sf through aad. i want to move to nashville to pick up a few titans games. i usually do this but i'm curious if you are still able to buy just the cbs and fox for 1.50 a piece. i'm not worried about losing the bengals as i get them over the air.
