I was a new customer of Dish the day before the Hopper became available and I asked them if they had any technology like that available and was told no. Then I started hearing about the Hopper so I called to get it and was told it would cost me $500 to get it. I have emailed or called everyone I can find to try and get someone to waive this. I would have waited a day for my install had I known it was available. Does anyone know someone I can contact to plead my case? Also they tried to tell me that it cost so much more to install but the review I read on this site said its costing them less to install. Can anyone help me?
