Can the AZBOX premium plus HD play files located on a shared location such as NFS or SMB? Thanks.
Sorry I might not have been clear. I want to know If it can mount a network share on a Linux pc in my house.
That's interesting. This can be used with a Win XP setup?I know I posted how to do it. Took some searching but here's the link to my post about it.

I will try this as soon as am able to! Thanks!:upYup. So long as you have a folder shared on your windows box.
If you have movies on your windows machine share that folder. Call the share "movies"
Ssh into the azbox and issue this command:
mount.cifs //ip.of.windows.box/movies /DATA/movie -o user=your_windows_username
The azbox will then ask for your windows password. Type it in. Press enter. If successful you'll get the azbox prompt again. Then on your azbox remote press the home button. Go to Movies. Go to the movies folder. You should see the movies on your windows folder.
