bussiness with about 60 tvs

I have a question on hardware for a setup with about 60 tvs that I want HD broadcasts. how would this be done? this will also be split up over 4 floors.

Yup contact them, this will need a headend setup and there are only certain folks who can do these because they are so complex.

You're assuming he wants 60 different channels. Maybe he wants 60 TVs all on the same channel.

And your assuming he wants 60 tvs with the same channel, most any place that has that many tv's with the same channel is generally a bar or restaurant but even that is more uncommon these days. 60 tv's over four floors I would suspect is possibly a retirement home or a hotel and as Scott said it will need a head end set up.
