Birdog Satellite Meter question

I have a "Perfect Vision Birdog USB Plus, Version 4, v1.045u. Every call to them gives a message that the techs are in training (they must have PhD's by now), and they don't call back.

I'm on Western Arc, and I get signal/lock on 119 and 129, but not 110. I've tried two different 1000.2 antennas, both of which are getting all 3 satellites just fine. Seems to me at one time I did get 110 but I downloaded a new config file and neglected to save the first.

Could someone tell me what profiles I should be downloading or what I'm doing wrong? For extra kudos, what DTV configs should I download in case someone at the RV park needs assistance. Thanks!!

Go to www.dishnetwork.com and look under Support heading ,then Installation then select the dish you have : 1000.2 and then western arc look angles and you can plug in your zipcode and find your elevation, skew and azimuth for your area.

Both antennas are precisely aligned and are getting 110/119/129 at very high signal strengths. It is my birdog that is not indicating any reception on 110. I've downloaded and installed the generic Dish config for all Dish satellites but no joy on 110. The input to the birdog is from the #1 port on the LNB, and it will switch the LNB beween 119 and 129 automatically. When it switches to 110, or when I connect the 110 port 2 output directly to the birdog, I do not get an indication of satellite signal.

IF you can't get 110 ,but you get 119 and 129 , you might have a defective lnb or you might have a tree that blocks your 110 sat. Using the first port to peak on 119 should get you all 3 sats, assuming you have your skew and elevation right.

Mike you are NOT reading the OP posts correctly.
He gets 110 just fine on his receivers but his birddog METER in not showing 110.

Edit/Update: I just received a call from a Perfect 10 tech from my last message to them. They are receiving other calls about this problem and are working to resolve it.
