Tried to upgrade my daughters line at a Sprint Store, and they told me I'd HAVE to change plans.

That would COST me $50/mo more for the 5 lines I have.

Went to BestBuy instead, and didn't have to change plans.

Just a word to the wise. BEWARE.

[MARQ][/MARQ]Had a similar discussion with my Radio Shack guy, this week.
We noted that account changes he's forbidden to do, sometimes go through at carrier company stores.
The thought is that they are under a lot of pressure to perform (or die).
So they will say anything and do anything to add more business.
If that happens to cost you extra, oops!
They lied but got your signature on the contract.
What'cha gonna do?
