We're seriously considering "reconnecting the cord" to keep the little guy entertained during the winter months.
Which channels would you recommend for a toddler? ie- Disney, Nick, Cartoon?
Right now he's going wild on the PBS Kids app on the Ipad (Dinosaur Train, Caillou, Cat in the hat, arthur etc)

I suspect the Cartoon Network is not suitable since its aimed for older kids/young adults... I have no opinion on Disney nor Nick's programming yet.

Cheers, K

We record off of PBS and watch them over and over. Other cartoons are not as educationally focused as PBS kids. Our family also watches Veggie Tales. It comes on KTV which is in all packages.

My kids are 4 and 2. I don't have Disney Channel, but we watch some shows on Netflix.

Thanks for the feedback. I'd like to get the account up and running by the end of the day tomorrow (ie- Pats/Jets game on the NFL Network).
Can I open an account via chat or through DIRT or *must* I call Dish? I can't call Dish from work and am way too busy at home at night.

Cheers, K

YES you can go through DIRT. That is what I did to turn mine back on a couple of years ago. I have also used it to turn on or off my Mothers.

BTW we have all those channels and I agree NO cartoon network for small kids. Anyway we have all those and they like PBS Kids the best and so do I..;)

Remote Code for a Olevia TV......21.0 IR/UHF

DIRT defeats Dish computer!
