What's the deal with MLB now that the merger has been announced? I would gladly give up Stern, NBA, NHL, and soccer for MLB. Also, is there an issue with the car antennaes? I've gone through a couple already.

there is no deal. If and whena merger is approved you might see it but for now it is an XM exclusive
