I just called Dish to upgrade me from AT 100 to AT 100 PLUS. I was hoping to just pay 37.99 and opt out of the local channels. However, the CSR told me that the local channels are included with that package no matter if you want them or not and that I would have to pay for them. Does this sound right?? I'm only upgrading to get my regional sports networks and really don't care about the locals since I get them through OTA. Thanks for your help
