I think Sprint is doing something similar as well those in the Big C will have to let us know how well it works.

I expect this to expand greatly. And the kind of technology Dish will likely use if they ever start up their wireless.

More and more capacity is a good thing, but I doubt that any use will really see a big increase in speed. More likely there will be fewer slow downs.

Reads to me exactly that. A bigger pipe not necessarily making it faster, but more people not getting slowed down.
