One thing I would like to see is now that they move the earphone jack to the bottom there is nothing on the top left of the screen.

I would like to see them add a 3rd speaker where the headphone jack was... this way if you watch a move and flip the phone on its side so you can watch it in widescreen mode that the 3rd speaker turns on and acts as the left speaker, while the other speaker acts as the right speaker so you can watch the movie (or listen to music) in stereo. If your have the phone sideways now the sound only comes out the right side of the phone. So why not add Stereo sound?

Got mine today. Showed up at 7:30 to the AT&T store, I was the 19th person in line. Store opened at 8. I was out by 8:40. There are some good things about living in a small town!

Hmmm, I guess I should have restored from Backup. All of my Apps with accounts need to be logged into, so now I need to rack my brains over credentials.

Also, I wish I had USB 3.0 and the new phone supported it. 20 GB of photos, videos, and music takes some time to sync!

I did restore from a backup and all of mine are making me log in again too. It's pretty annoying. Also, the screen doesn't feel that much bigger until you load an app that isn't updated for 6.0 yet like the satelliteguys app. Then you truly see the difference. HD video looks much nicer using the full screen too.

On that note on the the bottom is a lot better for the car. Before I used a dock connector that split out to USB and mini jack in the bottom of the phone, so only had one cable. It was not so bad having both cables come in the bottom of the phone while I wait for the new all in ones to come out for the iPhone5. It was crazy with a cord going in each end before.

I still will miss video out. I wonder if they are ever going to have an adapter? What are they going to do on the iPad if they go to the same connector? I used to just have a cable in my car for video out to hook up to the iPhone for movies, easier than carrying around a bunch of DVDs.

Watching movies on a phone is bad for you eyes!
I would want to see stereo speakers on the iPad though.

Mine arrived around 1pm. Finally home and restoring from my backup, which I just did a few minutes ago. The phone is definitely light, I will say that. The bigger screen looks "weird" but that will just take a little time to get used to. But wow - the lightning connector could NOT be smaller.

No Sprint per-order arrived as of 1:00pm. Others did

AT&T activations so jammed 9-10 am, ya couldn't sell a pre-ordered handset.
AT&T stores were reported to have been closed.

In spite of no Verizon pre-orders, two handsets arrived.
In the process of moving them now.

It's a heluva day.

Every year its the same thing, the NEW iPhone comes out and "everyone" has to have it. Only to have a new and improved phone come out the following year.

This is nothing new in the Electronics world. Even though I like my Samsung LED LCD HDTV, if I had waited for the next generation, it would have better Internet Apps. Or my audio-video receiver would come with Super-duper Dolby 3DX.

I was ready for another iPhone and so I "set the alarm" (actually, I stayed up) and pre-ordered. I feel this is what Apple should have released last year, but I'm sure the phone wasn't ready for production.

This feels like the best iPhone ever made. That said, I would not have upgraded if I had an iPhone 4S.
