Anyone tried these newfangle antennas?

Well, after a full evening of toting the antenna and battery pack and lappy around,I can honestly say that WCYB is a no go here. The highest it ever got was 50.Even then it would go in and out.WJHL no signal at all,WSPA same thing.WLOS is quite strong most everywhere in the yard.Decided while I was at it to also fine tune the 4bay uhf antenna. Was already getting most of the Charlotte locals,WAXN and 55 are iffy at times. However I discovered that Greensboro/High point comes in in the upper 60's to mid 70's on WGHP,can't remember the call letters on the others,20,45,and 48.Kind of weird that channels further away come in so strong. They are still working great today so,I assume it isn't a fluke.

Well I'm pleased with the Greensboro channels got a decent selection of sub channels as well.On the brighter side Charter has been running cable in our lil community much to my surprise.:) They carry the big 4 of the tri cities WJHL,WCYB,WEMT,and WKPT.Been doing some research and it looks like all are available clear qam.

Installation thoughts.
