anyone have trouble with fuzzy locals

I was just wondering how many others have trouble with fuzzy to downrite horrible looking locals? I've called dish several times and complained about how bad the locals look and they say they are aware of it / engineers are working on it but it's been that way for almost a year! I'm lucky enough to get all my locals OTA in digital and they look great. (but only can get them on 2 tv's). is this a common problem? BTW my locals come from Harrisburg PA.

Are you comparing Digital OTA to Analog OTA? If so, then yes, the analog does look fuzzy compared to digital...

Yes, the people in my community don't shave regularly, they are all fuzzy....

As for channels, yeah, my channels are a bit fuzzy, but I didn't notice until I got some waivers approved and noticed that the NY/LA feeds were much clearer than my locals on dish.

some of it has to do with the amount of channels dish tries to squeeze on a transponder.

Also a dish tech told me it has a lot to do with the feeds that the networks are giving to dish.

Which is why I watch Monday Night Football on the L.A. distant network instead of the Seattle ABC affilliate. 246 is far more clear than 004.
