Any issue with 1000.2 in Alabama?

Going to be taking the 5th wheel from Colorado to Alabama (Montgomery area) for Christmas and while I've heard that the 1000.2 works that far east, just want to make sure. We have the Winegard Travler which automatically locates the satellites, but just want to be sure.

Thanks in advance!

Yes it works fine. I'm in that area. 129W is weaker than 110W & 119W but I haven't had any issue with losing my signal as of yet (I've had dish for 3 months now).

There are Alabama markets on the western arc (1000.2) including Montgomery.

322- better sound quality?

Local channels in Phoenix AZ but live in Montana with Dish
