Any HD only packages?

I live in an apt where basic cables are free. I have DISH now for NBA leagure pass mainly. Now I would like to watch NBA games in HD when its available. Is there any package I can get with HD exclusively (no SD needed) at lower price than the current $49.99 HD Bronze?

You might find an old reference to the HD Standalone Pack, which was an HD-only option, but E* discontinued offering it in late June of this year. Some people still have it.
