Only getting PPV

I got a dish 1000.2 changed the lnb because I couldn’t use the one that came with it was for eastern arc. Purchased a new one from a dealer and I’ll post the pic I’m on both 110 and 119 but the receiver only sees the 110 satellite. The receiver I’m using is a vip 211z. I’m only getting the pay preview part of the guide and nothing else any suggestions will be helpful

Looks like you are still using an eastern arc lnb, but pointed to the 110. The western arc lnb will have three feedhorns.
