Just in case I missed it here... But DirecTV has put an app in the Android Marketplace. Works just like the one for the iPhone.

Not sure why this wasn't talked about (did search for it)

Just installed it on my phone. Easy to navigate and use. Set a show to record on my DVR and it popped up on my to do list almost instantly.

YUP on both counts LOL

Works pretty I'd even say better then the iPhone version

How does the super cast work!? This year i had in on windows mobile. Can't wait for my android phone!

I had problems with supercast up till the last week of the season.... it took them a while to get the bugs out of it.

Picture just as clear as the iphone picture as it H.264 encoded video, same used by the iphone.

I use the Itouch version and wish it was on Blackberry. Lucky for me I had a enough of Blackberry and will be going to the Droid tomorrow.
