And then there was one....

  • Server Issues.

We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

Thank you for your patience! Sorry for the issue!

Started with XM in 2003 and built up to having 3 radios, 1 in each vehicle. Today called and canceled the MyFi, previously canceled the Skyfi a few years ago.

The retention rep offered 6 mo for about $38, and then a 3 mo plan and finally offered me 2 mo free but I would just have to call back to cancel again.

2 mo free is not worth the hassle. I will go back to moving the radio into the car I am driving I guess.

My last radio is on the the $77/year deal and when it expires I will see what they are willing to offer to keep me, otherwise it has been a good run but SiriusXM is definitely on a steep decline.

I cancelled both my radios recently... just was not worth the extra costs...have been bombarded with emails and mailings trying to get me back!! How about you just lower the price in the first place and stop spending all that money trying to get me back.
