My dish was hooked up and activated on 11/11/11. I am now trying to find out how to get my 200 amazon gift card. After 2 days of calling No one seems to know and keeps giving me other numbers to call. Can anyone help me out?

On there web site they have a offer sign up and activate dish network and receive a $200.00 Amazon gift card. Called on 11/7 installed and activated on 11/11 and now no one seems to know how to get the gift card. They know it exists and I am eligible but can't seem to figure out how I receive it.
