Am I Paying For One or Two 622?

I am about to turn one of my vip 622 off. I got online and went to the Dish website and got the online chat. I asked "how many 622 am I being charged for?" he said two. I asked "how much?" He said $6. He said I was being charged a dvr fee for both. I could not make any sense out of that conversation. I did not buy the other 622, I leased it. Anyone have any ideas why I am not charged?? Not that I am complaining of not being charged for it.

If both receivers are leased, you are charged a lease fee on the second receiver. The first one has no charge.
If one is owned and second is leased, same as above.
If both are one, the second is charged an additional receiver fee. The first has no charge.
