Alantic Satellites and the Clarke belt.

Can any of the Alantic Satellites be received on the east coast of the US?
The one that I have in mind is Thor 2 at 0.8°W.
I also have been looking for some sort of map or layout of satellite locations in the clarke belt (With no luck). Is there such a thing?

NO CHANCE, even if you can see the satellite the BEAM is not pointing in this direction
