So is the channel available FTA anywhere yet?

Just for the record, I'd like to see this channel added as well. Of course not everyone would want to watch it, and a fair number have an unreasonable hatred of it apparently due solely to Al Gore's involvement with it, but I do think that enough people are interested to justify adding it to the lineup.
