AL CENTRAL

KCK, if your watching the Tribe/Red Sox game, here's a quirky little tidbit...

When a left-hander is up to bat and the camera shows a close-up of the batter with his shoulders square to the camera, notice over the right shoulder of the player. In the backround in the stands, there's an old timer that wears a different brightly colored hat every inning. He brings 9 seperate hats to each game. He has season tickets and does this every game he attends. Us Clevelanders are a very superstitious bunch and we all have our own little quirks. :)

Thanks for the pick me up buddy. :up

Indians GM, Mark Shapiro just sat in the STO booth and said the Hafner setback was just that. A little setback following off-season surgery. The shoulder isn't completely healed yet and is still a little sore. He said this is normal and neither he or Hafner are too concerned. I'll take their word for it and try and remain positive. I do know that before the DL, Hafner was starting to show signs of power again, so it's evident he made progress since last year at least.

Unfortunatly, it reminds me of Gary Sheffield.
When he was healthy , he was very good, when he wasn't, you knew it.
Both issues were shoulders , supposivly repaired.

Zack Greinke's streak of 43 consecutive innings without giving up a run is over as he gives up a run to the Blue Jays.

Helluva start to the season for the young KC Royal.

That reminds me, did you see the woman that was sitting directly behind home plate Monday night?

She was drop dead gorgeous! :hungry:

LUV THAT TO DEATH!!!!

Another admiral starting performance ruined by the pen. Anyone starting to see a trend here? Come on bullpen! Get your act together!

Which is surprising to me.

I thought bullpen was one of the best in baseball with Wood, Betancourt, Perez and Lewis.

OK, who actually PLAYS sports?

Shaq once had a video game of his own- a fighting game!
