Sox lose and Tigers are 2-2 in the ninth.

edit:
Scherzer goes 8 strong, 2 runs, 4 hits, 9K's

Tigers lose in bottom of 9th, 3-2...

Once again failing to pick up ground when the Sox lose.

This run for the AL Wild Card is getting to be a nail-biter...as is this weekend in Anaheim!

All I can say at this point is the winner of the AL Central is headed to the playoffs while the 2nd place finisher is going home. There are just too many good teams in the thick of the race for either the Tigers or White Sox to earn an AL Wild Card birth.

I agree...
Also, if the teams keep playing as they are, the AL Central champ won't be going far either.
Man the Tigers miss VMart ...

2 game lead. Love to make it 3 going into the Tiger series at home, but really don't want it to fall to 1. Payback series

Twins got a nice, come-from-behind win this afternoon. They've obviously struggled all season, but I'll give them this: they continue to play hard. The boys were clearly very excited about getting the win.

Very frustrating, not really sure what will happen with the Tigers, series this week with the sox this week, let's see what happens

Tigers at White Sox is on MLB Network. My only complaint is the play-by-play and color-man are terrible...Can of corn terrible!!!

Thank God I can listen to Hawk & Stoney. Sorry, but they're tons better than those bland Detroit announcers. You can put that on the Board, Yes!

Bull****. He's paid by the Sox!.. You can put it on the Board. Be passionate about your team, not a f'n robot.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the Tigers TV guys either ....
Ernie Harwell and Paul Carey make Tigers announcers look sad since they left.

I don't hear Vin Scully screaming in the booth ....
