AL Central 2010

well remember last year the Twins were what 7 games out at ASG...so ya never know

I usually say, you have to be within 5-8 GB at the ASG to realistically be in it.
And on a POSITIVE winning roll, can't go into the ASG 8 GB and losing and expect to do anything.

Have a good time tonight !
Hope the lose !!!! :D

At the moment the Tigers appear to be falling out of the race .... they are 4-6 in the last 10 while the 1st place Twins continue to pile up the wins ... or at least it feels that way (5-5).

Hopefully when Ordonez gets back, he will spark them.
They better find a spark before that though.

Tigers are worse than the roller coasters at Cedar Point, up and down, up and down .....
No consistency ...

A. Jackson needs a break, just 2-26 and avg. dropping quickly, but still at .313, Leyland needs to get him out of there for a 3-5 game stretch.

Tigers made a move to help the team overall releasing SS Everett, failed to hit which was the question when he got here.

They brought back up Danny Worth who was hitting very well when he went down (Guillen came back from injury), hopefully he'll continue to hit and help out the bottom of the line up...

The much heralded AAA catcher for the Indians, Carlos Santana was finally promoted to the bigs today! Just in time for tonight's series against the Washington Nats. I hope like hell he gets to start Sunday against Strasburg! This would pair two of the youngest up-and-coming phenom's in baseball against eachother!

It was a nice outing by Hudson and Liriano. Thankfully the Twins pulled it out.

I had to go to my little brothers graduation and when I got out in the truck and turned it on it was 9:20 and they were already talking to players after the game. I was like "damn what happened" ;)

It is great to see Liriano dealing like he did before the injury. He looks to have not only regained his form, but his confidence.

WEEI's Dennis and Callahan to be simulcast live on NESN

Don't look now, but Steve Lavin is making St. John's relevant again
