Can someone please tell me,which dish picks up with which satellite? I`m having problems getting back a good signal for the 61.5. I have 2 dishes (dish500). Also don`t know about transponders where they should be set for which satellite. I had to move one for home repairs. I`m sure thats the one giving the 61.5. and me the problem.thanks.

If you have two dishes and and you're having problems with 61.5 then the good news is you moved the easier of the two to realign. The 61.5 dish should have a single lnb pointed at only one satellite.
The first step is to make sure the mounting pole is perfectly plumb.
Next, go to the point dish screen in the receiver menu and put in your zip code, in the dish type put "dish 300", and change the satellite to 61.5. The screen will now display the pointing coordinates for your area and a signal meter for 61.5.
Check the elevation setting on the dish and make sure it's set to whatever the screen said. It should be close unless you changed it when you moved the dish.
Next you will have to sweep the dish in the azimuth direction specified on the point dish screen. You'll need to have someone watch the point dish screen when you're swinging the dish and let you know when the signal is peaked. Make small moves and give the receiver some time between moves to display any change. You might have to make small changes to the elevation to get the best signal after you get the azimuth set.

Thank you bross,it will take me awhile to do this I just found out i will need to move it one more time after work is completed or I will try to set it before the final move so I`ll know how to do it and when I get it you will be the first to know. Thanks again,theboss
