Aiming hd turbo dish dp2000 for HD tv

New to aiming Dish TV satellite dish. Currently have 40% signal strength on 119 and 129 but do not have 110. Can you help with some help on which sattelite I should aim for and what should be the expected signal strength. Some skew numbers and other general directions would be helpful. I live in Central Texas, Lexington. Dish is a dp2000 I think. It says HD Turbo on it.

The last time I tried to aim the satellite dish, it took 2 days and it is still not right. What could I be doing wrong?????

What HIFI means is run a check switch test (menu-6-1-1-check switch-test), select "save" after it's finished, and let us know what order the satellites are listed.
