Activating a receiver on an existing account

I sold a customer an H25 receiver with brand new access card. Directv refuses to activate it.

Any suggestions? This account was just recently transferred over to the AT&T billing system and I suspect that might have something to do with it.

Is that the Subs 1st recvr ?
If they already have a Genie on the account they should be good to go.

Something about being on a “new” system and even though they used to do this on the old system they can’t do this on the new system.

I think you need more info, as in what else is on the account as far as recvrs go ....
I have a SWM set up and can activate my old HR20 in the closet if I needed to.
You can also activate HR24's as well.
Its not like the H25 was an OLD recvr with mpeg 2 ....
I would figure out what is on thier system and possibly call D* back.
