I've had the 922 for 3 days, and I am no longer getting tv1 output on the modulator. Tv2 works fine, tv1 over hdmi works fine. Just snow on the channel (90) selected for tv1. I've changed the modulator to air and cable on different channels with no luck. Has anyone else had trouble with the modulator on the 922?

You can open the door on the left side and do a Red Button Reset, press the red button in for 5 seconds. If that does not work unplug the receiver for a minute see if that helps.let us know .Good Luck!:)

I have done both the button reset and power cord, sorry should have had that in the first post. I think the modulator is toast, just wondering if anyone else has had similar trouble. Great site by the way!

Update: Dish sent a tech this morning, replaced the 922, tv1 & 2 worked fine on the modulator, after about an hour the receiver stopped responding to the remotes. I did a front panel reset, after the reboot no tv1 on the modulator! I checked the mod settings, everything still there. So I did a power cord reset, same results. I then did a factory reset, changed the modulator settings back to 90 and 92 and still no tv1 on the mod. Does anybody else use the tv1 mod output on their 922? Or am I the only guy? Dish CSRs don't seem to know about the tv1 modulator output (it must not be in their script). Maybe a dish rep here has some ideas? Thanks in advance!

I have had the same issue but a power cord reset has corrected it the three times this has occurred. Changing the channel being modulated to also has no affect. During the loss of picture I was still getting audio.

Update: I found if I disabled the tv1 modulator then power cord reset, then re-enabled tv1 mod, it will work again. Just how long, I shall see. There is obviously a software issue with this receiver that should be addressed.
