Well, after L669 it seems the message has changed a bit, but the problem is still there.
I get the 'partial signal loss' message when a non-watched, non-recorded OTA channel burps. This is an old problem and is very long overdue for fixing.
My fix works, but is a PITA! I go to the strongest OTA channel, start recording and then switch to a sub of that channel. Stop the recording, delete the crap and all is good until the next time.
I can see no reason for the 'partial signal loss' to show up unless the channel is being recorded or watched, if it isn't then who cares if the OTA channel burps?
