625 disk check

hey guys and gals, my reciever has done a disk check twice in the last week, I went to the counters under system setup and it says fschk and gave tonights date at 9:02, and below it it says fschk reason (or code I forget) 2, does anyone know what fschk code 2 refers to?

almost forgot to add, I lost none of my recordings and my 24 (the show) timer fired right up when it was done!
