522 Tuner 2 not aquiring signal

Hi everyone! Hope you can help me. Got a 522 installed and activated yesterday. It worked great last night and this morning. Tonight when I got home from work, only tuner 1 will lock on to the signal, tuner 2 runs a aquiring satellite signal and just sits there. It locked on earlier for about one minute then went back to the aquiring signal. Checked all connections and every thing seems ok. Have a quad dp lnb. 508 in another bedroom is fine and main tv in living room is fine. Help!

try swapping the lines and see if it follows the lines or the tuner, if it follows the line you may have a bad port or line, if it follows the tuner it could be a bad tuner on the 522

Swapped lines as suggested. Both tuners showed quad lnb-reception verified. Both tuners locked on sat. 119 not 110. Switched lines back, ran check switch. Both tuners showed quad lnb- reception verified now tuner #1 locks on both 110 and 119, tuner #2 locks on 119 but shows wrong satellite on 110, I am at a loss. We did have 2 dual lnbs replaced by a quad lnb, do we need to re aim dish? It seems to be a dish problem not a receiver problem right. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have 2 seperate lines coming from the dish to the 522? and are they both RG6?

Re-aim almostcertainly not an issue (unless when done, signal strength is low).

Pull BOTH feed cables, run check switch. Pull power plug. Run check switch again. Reattach cables, run check switch for third time - should do the trick.
