211K with EHD only records for 14 minutes

Until about 2 weeks ago our 211K with EHD has worked perfect recording Imus on 206
at 6AM till 9AM mon thru fri.

Now it only records 14 minutes of the show.
I've tried soft and hard reboot, reinstalled EHD, reset receiver to factory defaults,
used manual timer instead of mon thru fri selection, still only 14 minutes.
I recorded a program that was 3 hours long which would start an hour later and it
recorded ok. So I don't think it's the hard drive
Has anyone heard of this? Any suggestions on how to repair?

Why would anybody ever use Mon. / Fri. Choice ? All or new does it better ! One of these days that will be gone anyway as the very old units are retired...

what is the biggest hard drive a 211k can handle? I added a 1Tb hitachi but for some reason its not working

I have a 1 TB Seagate and it works fine. Supposedly 1 TB is the max you can have.

yea the hitachi lifestudio wont work with the 211k I had to transfer things around and put a differant 1tb and it worked right off the bat!!!
