2013 MLB Postseason

I am currently in WeHo and it is drying out and sun is shining. So we may have been able to get it in. Moot point, though. Friday is looking good. Game time temp will be in high 60's. Now...where it will played is another story.

I'm exhausted from the Red Sox-Rays games the last two nights, but I want to watch as much of the Bucs-Cards game tonight. If it wasn't for my wife's love with everything reality TV, I'd be in a lot of trouble with all this baseball!!

I want the Bucks to win so the Dodgers get HFA next round. But I want the Cards to win as they seem to be a little easier for the Dodgers to beat.

Nothing against the Cards (or their fans), but I'm on the Bucs bandwagon tonight!!

As for tomorrow night's game 5, as a Red Sox fan I'm torn. The A's are a great story and are LOADED with ex-Red Sox players (4 in their starting lineup alone), but the Sox have always struggled at the cavernous Coliseum. On paper the Tigers appear to be vastly superior, as they have two aces at the top of their rotation, and the best hitter on the planet. But with Cabrera weakened by injury it appears to have a domino effect on the rest of their lineup. I still think that the Tigers are the tougher matchup, but I always go back to that old saying......."be careful what you wish for" ;)

That's NL ball for you.

Plus it's not the Sox. :)

Yep, we Sox fans are seasoned vets of these long October nights. Must be why we can function on 4-5 hours sleep. :)

Dodgers must be thrilled that the Cards are winning tonight. After all, we all know that HFA means nothing. ;)

When ever I hear Dick Stockton do baseball games, sounds strange I always think of him doing CBS NBA basketball games, especially in the 80's
