Congrats to Minnesota Duluth and Michigan for earning final four births with their wins over the weekend - not easy to do given the competitiveness of college hockey! UMD looked really good in their wins and should give the winner of Notre Dame vs New Hampshire all they can handle. Despite the 2-1 score, Michigan dominated Colorado College and out-shot them 43-22; it could have been a blowout if not for a hot goalie, a goal post, and three crossbars. Michigan is going back to the Frozen Four for the 24th time in school history and will play the winner of Denver vs North Dakota.
My picks:
New Hampshire over Notre Dame
North Dakota over Denver
In Division III action, Norwich lost it's semifinal match to St. Norbert, 3-2.
