Yikes! That giant flushing sound appears to be the Twins season going down the commode. Of course, Minnesota has been the bane of the Tigers existence the past few years...so, at least we can move past this obstacle.

Very interesting...excessive injuries and several super-human bottom-half seasons posted the past few years. I wonder if someone has been abusing performance enhancement substances?

YIKES!!! That sucks!!

It reminds of the Red Sox last year when Pedroia, Youkilis, Ellsbury, Victor Martinez, Beckett, etc. were all out at the same time.

Nathan..muscle strain (tommy john surgery last year)

normal injuries that can happen but it sucks its all at once

True enough. There are still lumps to take when your team is playing as badly as the Twins have been. Injuries, yes, but they have also been playing poor defensively. Solid play in the field has been a Twins hallmark for years. It is tough to watch.

(Twins are now on a two game tear! Watch out! )

I think Jim is saying that we don't PILE on others because of this.

At least in this thread, it seems that does happen often in the Football threads, and I'm pretty much tired of it, having to defend myself every day gets REAL OLD.

At least in this thread, it seems that does happen often in the Football threads, and I'm pretty much tired of it, having to defend myself every day gets REAL OLD.

That's why I stay out of those threads. If people want to b**** they should b**** about their own team and what they can do to win; they should not criticize others beyond the good natured ribbing. Unfortunately, things often get out of hand. A good example would be GB's..."HaHaHa, Red Wings suck, we're the new Hockeytown, we're going to dominate for the next decade" post. Yikes! Win a Stanley Cup every 50 years and people turn stupid and obnoxious.

Nice 9th inning win...that's to Cabrera's 2 run HR. We almost blew it after Jackon led off with a triple and Kelly and Boesch whiffed. But a win is a win and we picked-up another game on the Indians.
