Peyton Hillis re-injures hamstring in practice! To miss his 4th game! (3 with a hammy and 1 because of strep throat). Anyone still doubt the Madden Curse?

Hillis came up limping on the play, grabbing at his left hamstring. He fired the ball to the ground, then threw his helmet down in frustration.

Browns coach Pat Shurmur said that Hillis would have an MRI today and his status would be updated afterward. Shurmur added that if Hillis is not ready, "we'll move on."
With Montario Hardesty tearing his calf muscle last week and Brandon Jackson on the IR with turf toe, the Browns will start Chris Ogbonnaya, a former RB from the Texans practice squad who just joined the team 2 weeks ago. For backup, they signed some guy who was sitting on his couch last weekend named Thomas Clayton! Ugh!!!!!!!!!

The 5-2 Bengals sell out! Finally! And end the longest running black-out streak in the NFL at 7 consecutive games!

Of course, the increased ticket sales probably comes from the fact that the Bengals are playing the Steelers (who bring a large crowd with them) than fans in Cincinnati getting behind the surprising 5-2 hometown team.

How refreshing that there are two NFL articles,"NFL QB Gives Himself an F," & "NFL Star Having Worst Week Ever," & neither one are about Tim Tebow(first article is about Tavaris Jackson & second one is about Peyton Hillis).

From PFT on Twitter... "@greggrosenthal: Peyton Hillis would have to move the Browns to Baltimore to become any less popular in Cleveland."
Eight Cleveland Browns veterans held an intervention with running back Peyton Hillis this week, Yahoo! Reports.

The meeting, which reportedly took place Wednesday, cleared the air between the players and Hillis on his perceived attitude issues this season, specifically about his contract status. The discussion was reportedly aimed to help the running back regain his focus.

Cy, Has he had more than 1 good year ?

Sarcastic or not, if he's only had one good year ...

I don't think so, that's why I was being sarcastic with my post. He had one year and he wants a big payday, he should at least have three good years in a row.

A running back's career is measured in dog years. He should try to get the money while he can,but he doesn't need to be a butt about it. It would make you think the Broncos did something right for once in trading him away. Right now he's just what the Broncos don't need, another injured running back.
