I was kinda thinking maybe the Wonderlich score ...

If you MUST know, Ben is below proficient among other starting QB's. He scored a ho-hum 25 on a test with questions such as: "If paper sells for 10 cents per pad. What will four pads cost?"

Other starting QB's scores:

Ryan Fitzpatrick 48
Alex Smith 40
Eli Manning 39
Matt Stafford 38
Tony Romo 37
Aaron Rodgers 35

If you must know.....24 is average for all QBs.

In that list of QBs....only Rodgers is elite.

funny how the guy with the lowest score on that list is the best QB

Had a great time at the Giants-Pats game last night in Foxboro! My wife, daughter and I sat around a group of Giants fans (who also happens to be Yankees fans). What a great group of fans!!

We went back and forth all night about the game we were watching, and what was going on 30 miles from us at Fenway (I actually got home in time to watch the last inning of the Yanks-Sox game ). They had a very poignant 9/11 tribute during the pregame. It involved members from each branch of the military, and ex-Patriot Joe Andruzzi and his NYFD brothers.

As far as the game went, the Pats lost 18-17, but that wasn't important. Albert Haynesworth saw the field in the first half and was VERY impressive.

That was my wife's first NFL game (she's been to high school football games at Gillette), and she LOVED it! She still prefers to go to Celtics games though. :)

My daughter has been to several Pats games. Her first loves are the Pats and the Bruins (I'm still peeling her off the ceiling from the B's Stanley Cup win). :D

Cool. Daughter has been a converted Raiders fan....but she has slowly started to veer to the "dark side" and has slowly started liking the Dolphins!

Wife is a long time Bears fans and there is nothing I can do about that... LOL! My son was a HUGE Nnamdi fan....but for some reason he no longer likes him so I think it was more of a Raider's fan than a Nnamdi fan. This year, will be the 1st time I take them to a football game AND a Raider game when they come into SunLife and play the 'Phins.

My son is 6 and my daughter is 11.

Wow, good thing there is a little sense in your family! :D

Obviously only from your wife's side...... :p

Looks like they might as well engrave the Lombardi Trophy now:

Michael Vick is supremely confident in his ability going into 2011.

"You can’t design a defense to stop me, especially not on this team," he told Michael Silver of Yahoo! Sports.

Vick's comments were in response to the criticism that he doesn't handle or read blitzes very well — something head coach Andy Reid claims Vick worked on incessantly in the offseason.

"We have so many weapons, and some teams have tried to make [blitzing] their primary focus. That’s when we run up the score.”

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES: Michael Vick Is Oozing Confidence: "You Can't Design A Defense To Stop Me"

They had Robert Smith talking about this exact same thing on Mike and Mike this morning and he states they may have taken his comments out of context. The report and reporter made Vick sound somewhat condescending, per Robert Smith. He stated what Vick was more than likely saying that you cannot gear up to stop him because of all of the weapons he has on the Eagles and that in the past, he would try and run but now he can just dump to the playmakers and let them go to work.

Makes to me....

Here is some more in that Yahoo interview....

Vick: 'You can't design a defense to stop me' - NFL - Yahoo! Sports

Now he’s got it,” Reid insisted. “People can say there’s a way to stop Michael Vick, but this is a team sport. You’ve got this beautiful mind of Marty’s and you’ve got to deal with what he’s gonna throw at you, and there are all these other players you have to defend. You can say you’re gonna stop Michael Vick, but you’ve got to stop the whole group.”

Vick’s response: “I’ve been hearing that for years. You can’t design a defense to stop me, especially not on this team. We have so many weapons, and some teams have tried to make that their primary focus. That’s when we run up the score
.”

As for the notion that defenses might try to mitigate his running ability by using a player as a spy who patrols the line of scrimmage, Vick was similarly dismissive: “I don’t even notice a spy now. The last spy I saw was versus Jacksonville last year. DeSean ran a shallow cross right past him and scored. LeShon, DeSean – those guys will beat the spy. Maybe it used to be an option before, but I’m not that guy anymore. I’m getting the ball out.”

The underlined passage is where Smith stated that there might have been this preconceived notion that he was coming off arrogant, but if you read the rest of the quote in it's entirety, you will see that he clearly states you will no longer have to worry about him, but more about the team.

I think the Eagles will be very good this year & that Vince Young will be more than a capable back up if Vick ever gets injured & has to sit out a game or two.

Q: The last time a team dubbed themselves a "Dream Team", how'd they fare? Oh that's right. With a big fat FLOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nooo....not winning a quarter of the games was a big fat flop! That one went to the Finals over OTHER "favored" teams....;)
